S-5-S Mini Metal Roof Clamps
The S Mini clamp is a more economical solution for lighter duty attachments where Herculean holding strength is not required.
All standard and Mini clamps undergo rigorous load testing. Negative load normal-to-seam testing (pull-up) is performed on all Mini clamps, and parallel-to-seam testing (drag load) is performed on all standard clamps.
Choose the S (or its Mini) to mount walkways, snow guards, solar panels and other mechanical equipment to snap-lock and some single-fold metal roof profiles. Although the S-5-U will work on these profiles, the S is a better fit and lower-cost solution.
Specifications:
- Use on vertical snap-together profiles
- Use on single-folded with horizontal projection (horizontal seams) under ≤ 0.54” (13 mm)
- Utility mounting and other light and medium-duty applications
- Smaller than the standard S-5-S
- One T-30 Torx round-point setscrew (Torx bit tip provided)
- No M8 bolt included
S-5! offers two main warranties: a Lifetime Product Defect Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship, and a System Performance Warranty for the ColorGard® Snow Retention system, which is unique in the snow guard market and has a term of 30 years or the life of the roof, whichever comes first.
