S-5-K Grip Seam Clamp
The S-5-K Grip (“K” stands for KlipLok®), is designed to fit the KlipLok and similar profiles.
The following Inserts are recommended for this product
The K Grip eliminates the large moment arm typical of some competitive clamps, and its mounting bolt sits concentrically on the seam, increasing load resistance.
Unlike other S-5! clamps, the K Grip uses side-bolts rather than setscrews for attachment. The flanged-head bolts also prevent over-compression of the seam and eliminate the need for calibrated tensioning.
Specifications:
- Developed for best suitability to Klip-Rib®, Klip-Lok® and other concealed-fix, snap-together profiles
- Design utilizes multiple inserts (sold separately) to accommodate variations in brand-specific rib dimensions
- Mounting bolt directly at center of seam (included)
- Two side-bolts included

S-5! offers two main warranties: a Lifetime Product Defect Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship, and a System Performance Warranty for the ColorGard® Snow Retention system, which is unique in the snow guard market and has a term of 30 years or the life of the roof, whichever comes first. The Product Defect Warranty has been extended to a lifetime term based on their long history of minimal claims and their products designed to outlast the roofs they are mounted on.
